Domestic Shipping
All orders ship free within the domestic United States and are securely packed. All orders include insurance at no additional cost.
International Shipping
Global delivery is calculated by destination, size, and weight. Duties and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
The Curve and Cadence Buyer Protection Guarantee
Each work includes a 48-hour inspection period following delivery for verification of condition and accuracy of description. Buyer Protection applies only in cases of non-delivery, transit damage, or a material discrepancy from the description. After the inspection period, all sales are final.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only within the 48-hour inspection period and only if the work qualifies under the Curve & Cadence Buyer Protection Guarantee. Returns based on discretion or change of mind are not accepted. Return procedures outlined below apply to U.S. orders unless otherwise noted.
- A Return Authorization is required prior to shipment. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
Definition of Material Discrepancy
“Material discrepancy from the description” refers to undisclosed major condition issues or a significant variance in stated dimensions. Natural wear, patina, and age-consistent characteristics are inherent to vintage and handcrafted works and are excluded from consideration.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return under Buyer Protection:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, the reason for the request, and supporting photographs. An unboxing video is strongly recommended for damage claims.
- We will review the request, confirm eligibility, and issue a Return Authorization with packing and ship-by instructions if approved.
- Refunds are issued once the work is returned, inspected, and confirmed to be in original condition. Refunds may be adjusted for any wear, alteration, or damage not related to transit.

International Returns
Return processes for international orders may vary by country. Buyers are responsible for all duties, import fees, and taxes. These charges are non-refundable.
